Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum circuit architectures for commercial deployment by 2026
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum error correction protocols
- Research and implement novel qubit technologies (topological, photonic, etc.)
- Create quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Develop patent-pending quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation
- Collaborate with hardware teams on cryogenic system integration
- Present breakthrough research at premier quantum computing conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 5+ years experience)
- 3+ years hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault tolerance
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum systems
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
- Strong background in linear algebra, complex analysis, and information theory
