Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for industrial and scientific applications
- Develop quantum error correction protocols to achieve fault-tolerant operations
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Optimize quantum algorithms for real-world problem-solving in finance, logistics, and AI
- Establish security frameworks for quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Collaborate with academic partners on quantum supremacy milestones
- Drive patent development for novel quantum hardware innovations
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Engineering, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerance methodologies
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of superconducting qubit systems or topological quantum computing
