Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures
- Develop quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit performance
- Drive quantum security protocols for enterprise applications

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in quantum computing architecture or algorithm design
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proficiency in classical high-performance computing (HPC) systems
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum)
