Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum algorithms for cryptography, optimization, and machine learning
- Lead development of hybrid quantum-classical architectures for enterprise applications
- Research and mitigate quantum vulnerabilities in existing cryptographic systems
- Optimize quantum circuit performance on superconducting and photonic processors
- Develop quantum simulation frameworks for materials science and drug discovery
- Create technical documentation and mentor quantum engineering teams

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Applied Mathematics
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing experience with Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#

- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum assembly languages
