Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures with >1000 qubit coherence
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization problems
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and software engineers

- Establish quantum security protocols for 2026-era systems
- Collaborate with global research institutions on benchmarking
- Document quantum system specifications and performance metrics
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks

- Proficiency in superconducting and photonic quantum systems
