Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for commercial applications

- Drive research in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum processor performance
- Present architectural blueprints to C-suite executives and venture capitalists
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum programming methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing research or development
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, Q#, and quantum circuit design
- Strong background in machine learning and high-performance computing
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent top-tier journals
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, etc.)
- Proven ability to lead technical teams in fast-paced R&D environments
