Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks using Python and Qiskit
- Lead R&D for quantum error correction protocols at room temperature
- Partner with hardware teams to optimize superconducting qubit performance
- Create quantum security protocols for post-2026 digital infrastructure
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm implementation
- Secure patents for proprietary quantum computing methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm design
- Expertise in quantum circuit optimization and topological quantum computing
- Published research in Nature/Science or IEEE Quantum journals
- Proficiency in quantum simulation tools (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
