Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms and error-corrected architectures for commercial applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing hybrid quantum-classical computing systems
- Translate complex business requirements into quantum computing solutions
- Research and implement cutting-edge quantum error mitigation techniques
- Develop security protocols for quantum-resistant encryption standards
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum acceleration into machine learning pipelines
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience with quantum circuit design and QASM programming
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Published research in quantum algorithm development or quantum machine learning
- Proficiency with quantum simulation frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
