Responsibilities
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum computing systems for enterprise-scale deployments
- Design error correction protocols for 1000+ qubit processors
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for 2026 use cases
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for pharmaceutical discovery and financial modeling
- Collaborate with hardware teams on quantum processor integration
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen data encryption
- Present quantum architecture roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years designing quantum systems with demonstrated fault-tolerance implementations
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, color, LDPC)
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum computing
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization tools
- Experience leading quantum architecture teams in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era limitations and 2026 quantum roadmaps
