Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms to optimize real-world problem-solving
- Lead integration of quantum systems with classical cloud infrastructure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quantum computing roadmaps
- Conduct research on quantum error correction and qubit stabilization techniques
- Document quantum system specifications and performance benchmarks
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum computing best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in quantum computing research or development
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Experience with high-performance computing and parallel architectures
- Proven track record of publishing peer-reviewed quantum computing research
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum circuit design tools
