Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise deployment
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems

- Research and integrate emerging quantum technologies (photonic, topological, etc.)
- Develop quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and machine learning

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proven track record in implementing quantum algorithms on real hardware
- Deep knowledge of quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in high-performance computing and parallel systems
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience leading technical teams and managing R&D projects
