Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop quantum error correction protocols to achieve 99.9% qubit stability
- Create hybrid quantum-classical workflows for real-world problem solving
- Lead quantum algorithm development for optimization and simulation challenges
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors and control systems
- Establish quantum security frameworks for post-quantum cryptography applications
- Document architectural blueprints and publish research in leading journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design, QASM, and quantum error correction
- Proven track record of developing production quantum algorithms
- Familiarity with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti, D-Wave)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and complex analysis
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Published research in quantum computing or demonstrated patent portfolio
