Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for commercial and research applications

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum specialization
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture or algorithm design

- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Experience leading technical teams through complex projects
- Strong understanding of quantum hardware constraints and capabilities
