Responsibilities
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum circuits for industrial-scale optimization problems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning pipelines for predictive analytics
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum cryptographic protocols
- Design error mitigation strategies for NISQ-era quantum processors
- Collaborate with academic institutions on quantum algorithm standardization
- Translate complex quantum concepts into actionable engineering specifications
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or related field (MS with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm design or quantum error correction
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in quantum information science or peer-reviewed quantum computing
- Strong background in linear algebra, complex analysis, and probability theory
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, or IonQ)
