Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-AI hybrid systems for computational breakthroughs
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of physicists, ML engineers, and domain specialists

- Create strategic roadmaps for quantum-resistant cryptography adoption
- Optimize quantum algorithms for real-world applications in drug discovery and climate modeling
- Secure patents for proprietary quantum-AI methodologies
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum computing principles
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field (or equivalent expertise)
- 5+ years building quantum algorithms or large-scale ML systems
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier conferences
