Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for complex optimization problems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical AI frameworks for real-world industrial applications
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives in quantum cryptography and neural networks
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum-AI system performance
- Publish breakthrough research in leading scientific journals and conferences

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 3+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, quantum programming (Q#, Qiskit), and AI/ML frameworks
- Proven track record of publishing in quantum computing or AI research
- Strong mathematical background in linear algebra, probability, and information theory
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM, Rigetti, D-Wave)
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing environments
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical research into practical applications
