Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum machine learning algorithms for optimization problems
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives in quantum neural networks and hybrid quantum-classical systems
- Develop scalable quantum AI frameworks compatible with next-generation quantum hardware
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and foster collaborative innovation within our quantum ecosystem
- Translate theoretical quantum AI models into industry-ready solutions for healthcare, logistics, and materials science
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum information theory
- Expertise in advanced linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and statistical modeling
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and high-performance computing environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex research projects from concept to prototype
