Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum machine learning algorithms for optimization problems
- Lead R&D projects in quantum neural networks and hybrid quantum-classical systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to develop error-corrected quantum circuits
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and conferences
- Secure external funding through NSF grants and industry partnerships

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, or Physics with 3+ years post-grad research
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and quantum circuit design
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and high-performance computing
- Strong publication record in quantum information science or AI
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) at scale
- Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary technical projects
- Passion for ethical AI development and quantum security principles
