Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-enhanced AI algorithms
- Design scalable quantum neural network architectures for enterprise applications
- Secure $2M+ in annual R&D funding through grant proposals
- Collaborate with MIT and Caltech on quantum supremacy research
- Translate theoretical models into production-ready quantum cloud services
- Present breakthrough findings at Nature and IEEE conferences
- Drive IP strategy with 5+ patent filings annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 5+ years of experience in quantum algorithm development
- Publication record in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
- Experience with superconducting qubit systems
- Strong background in tensor network theory
- Track record of leading technical teams of 8+ researchers
