Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-computing neural networks for real-world optimization problems
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of physicists and AI specialists in hybrid algorithm development
- Develop quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols for 2026-era security infrastructure
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals and present at IEEE Quantum Computing Summits
- Commercialize research through patents and enterprise partnerships with Fortune 500 clients
- Mentor next-generation quantum engineers through our NeuraTech Academy
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Computational Mathematics
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in top-tier quantum/AI journals (Nature, Science, IEEE)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum circuit optimization
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D grants from NSF/NIH/DARPA
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy benchmarks and NISQ limitations
