Responsibilities
- Lead R&D Strategy: Define and execute the technical roadmap for post-silicon computing architectures, specifically targeting deployment milestones by 2026.
- Quantum Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum supremacy into existing AI pipelines and cloud infrastructures.
- Patent & Publication: Spearhead the creation of proprietary algorithms and publish high-impact research papers in top-tier conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML).
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex quantum mechanics concepts into actionable business strategies for executive leadership and investors.
- Prototype Development: Build and test high-fidelity prototypes of future-tech solutions in a sandbox environment.
- Talent Cultivation: Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of deep learning, innovation, and resilience within the Future Tech division.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/Quantum.
- Experience: 10+ years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of cryptography, tensor networks, neural architecture search, and quantum gate models.
- Tools: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum computing frameworks such as Qiskit or Cirq.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders.
