Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum AI frameworks for enterprise-level applications
- Lead research initiatives in quantum neural networks and hybrid quantum-classical systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions into production environments
- Develop patent-pending algorithms for quantum-resistant cryptography and optimization
- Mentor junior researchers and publish breakthrough findings in top-tier journals
- Drive strategic partnerships with quantum hardware manufacturers and academic institutions
- Present findings to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, error correction, and qubit architectures
- Proven track record of shipping production-level quantum AI systems
- Proficiency in Python, Qiskit, Cirq, and high-performance computing frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy challenges and fault-tolerant computing
- Strong publication record in quantum machine learning or quantum information theory
- Certification in quantum security protocols (e.g., NIST quantum-resistant standards)
