Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Define the high-level technical roadmap and architectural principles for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- System Design: Design and oversee the implementation of complex distributed systems, microservices, and machine learning pipelines.
- Technical Leadership: Provide hands-on guidance to engineering squads, conducting code reviews, and ensuring best practices in security and performance.
- Stakeholder Management: Bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex concepts into clear value propositions.
- Scalability: Drive strategies to ensure system resilience, fault tolerance, and horizontal scalability under massive loads.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead or architectural capacity.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in languages such as Rust, Go, or Python, and cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
- Architecture: Proven track record of designing scalable distributed systems and managing large-scale deployments.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
