Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor heavy manufacturing machinery and production equipment efficiently.
- Perform rigorous quality control checks to ensure all products meet strict industry standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety protocols.
- Collaborate with shift supervisors to meet daily production quotas and efficiency goals.
- Load, unload, and stage materials accurately to ensure seamless workflow.
- Report machinery malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to the maintenance team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics is a plus but not required (comprehensive training provided).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical labor including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work full-time shifts.
