Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the long-term technical vision for AI systems leading up to 2026.
- Design scalable, high-performance machine learning architectures capable of handling massive datasets.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core product ecosystems.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a minimum of 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with ethical AI practices and bias mitigation.
