Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical assistance to clients via email, live chat, and phone support.
- Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate complex issues and provide feedback.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer client queries accurately.
- Assist in the creation of knowledge base articles and FAQs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer support or technical helpdesk (1+ years preferred).
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a patient, customer-centric approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using remote support tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
