Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve end-user tickets efficiently within service level agreements.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems and applications.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and user interactions in the ticketing system.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service through clear and professional communication.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to improve system performance and documentation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a helpdesk, technical support, or customer service role.
- Strong understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
