Responsibilities
- Provide tier-one technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues via phone, email, and remote desktop.
- Diagnose complex technical problems and provide clear, step-by-step solutions to end-users.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in our CRM system to maintain accurate service records.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate bugs or feature requests effectively.
- Conduct proactive outreach to clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and product utilization.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and product updates to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Mac), and networking fundamentals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
- Reliable internet connection and a home office setup if working remotely.
