- Document all support cases and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Assist with the setup and configuration of new devices and software applications.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when communicating with clients.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends to provide informed assistance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in technical support or customer service.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time role.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
