Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional remote and in-person technical support to end-users regarding hardware and software issues.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems and system errors efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions in our CRM database.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new devices and software applications.
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve internal processes and documentation.
- Respond to help desk tickets within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Proven experience with Windows 10/11 and macOS operating systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a logical approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
- Familiarity with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, LogMeIn) is a plus.
