Responsibilities
- Develop and Maintain: Write clean, efficient, and scalable code for web applications using modern technologies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior developers and product managers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Debugging: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and performance bottlenecks.
- Testing: Perform unit and integration testing to ensure software reliability and security.
- Documentation: Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, code comments, and API specifications.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of professional software development experience (Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent).
- Tech Stack: Proficient in JavaScript, Python, or React. Familiarity with SQL databases is a plus.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Agile: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work 15-20 hours per week on-site in Houston or via secure remote access.
