Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly upon arrival, actively listen to their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor according to company standards.
- Transactions: Process sales accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit, and gift cards.
- Merchandising: Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure all inventory is rotated and priced correctly.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer inquiries, returns, and complaints with patience and professionalism to ensure high satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow associates to achieve daily sales goals and support store operations.
- Security: Adhere to all loss prevention policies and report any suspicious activity to management.
Qualifications
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to process transactions accurately and maintain high standards of visual merchandising.
