Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly, ensuring a welcoming store atmosphere.
- Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs and provide expert product recommendations.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately to process transactions efficiently.
- Restock shelves and maintain visual merchandising standards to showcase products effectively.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with strict adherence to company policies and security protocols.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with a diverse customer base.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods with occasional lifting of merchandise (up to 25 lbs).
- Reliable and punctual with a flexible schedule availability.
