Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) and CRM software.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotional campaigns to effectively upsell and cross-sell.
- Manage inventory levels and assist with visual merchandising to create an inviting shopping environment.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or relevant experience preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or sales is highly desirable.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with technology.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
