Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude in our San Francisco store.
- Process transactions accurately using our Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organize merchandise displays to attract shoppers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation and local availability in the San Francisco Bay Area.
