Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support for hardware and software issues via phone and in-person.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols within the Active Directory environment.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop and mobile devices (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android).
- Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal uptime.
- Collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex technical challenges and implement new technologies.
- Document all support tickets and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
- 1-3 years of professional IT support or help desk experience.
- Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
- CompTIA A+ certification is a plus but not required.
