Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics for private events and festivals across New Orleans
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure seamless execution of event timelines
- Assist with client communications and on-site event support
- Prepare venue layouts and coordinate setup/breakdown crews
- Monitor inventory and manage event supplies/materials
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote upcoming events
- Document post-event feedback and generate activity reports
Qualifications
- Previous event coordination or hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite)
- Valid Louisiana driver's license with clean record
- Knowledge of New Orleans venues and local regulations
- Must be 21+ for alcohol-permitted events
