Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and paid search
- Analyze campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
- Create compelling content for blog posts, social media, and email newsletters
- Manage and optimize paid advertising budgets across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Conduct A/B tests to improve conversion rates and user experience
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Collaborate with design team to produce visually engaging assets
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite
- Strong copywriting skills with attention to detail
- Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot or Marketo preferred)
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
