Your Mission:
You will be the friendly voice our customers rely on, assisting them with inquiries and resolving issues with empathy and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Diagnose and resolve product or service issues using established troubleshooting protocols.
- Document all customer interactions and solutions accurately in the CRM database.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Adhere to all company policies, quality assurance standards, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and suggest process enhancements.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer proficiency and typing speed.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Must reside in Georgia (Atlanta metro area preferred) or be willing to commute.
