Responsibilities

- Answer incoming inquiries via phone and email regarding products and services.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Assist in stocking shelves and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Update customer records and handle returns or exchanges per company policy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with POS systems.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and available for weekend shifts.
