Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through in-person interactions and digital support
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Manage inventory and stock shelves according to visual standards
- Assist with visual merchandising and seasonal displays
- Collaborate with team to resolve customer inquiries efficiently
- Participate in daily store opening/closing procedures
- Support loss prevention protocols and store security measures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (current students welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for transaction handling
- Ability to stand for extended periods (6+ hours)
