Responsibilities
- Greet every customer with a warm, welcoming smile and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate Point-of-Sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions while maintaining high-speed accuracy.
- Maintain the sales floor, stockrooms, and restrooms to meet our strict cleanliness and organization standards.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking shelves, facing merchandise, and executing seasonal displays.
- Collaborate effectively with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with patience and professionalism.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and loss prevention protocols.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with mobile devices.
