Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-person customer consultations and product demonstrations
- Manage multi-channel support including phone, email, and live chat
- Maintain accurate customer relationship management (CRM) records
- Collaborate with sales teams to resolve complex service issues
- Implement customer feedback strategies to enhance satisfaction
- Support inventory management and visual merchandising initiatives
- Participate in weekend and evening shifts as required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or retail experience
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends
- Valid Ohio driver's license (for occasional store visits)
