Responsibilities
- Manage office supply inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Oversee facility maintenance, security protocols, and space utilization
- Handle travel arrangements, expense reports, and calendar management
- Supplement HR functions including recruitment coordination and policy implementation
- Lead cross-departmental communication and meeting facilitation
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with strict confidentiality
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive office administration management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Strong knowledge of San Antonio business regulations and compliance
- Exceptional interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Proven ability to manage budgets and financial reporting
- Certification in Office Management or related field preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
