Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Operate powered equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after proper certification
- Maintain organized and secure storage of products in 200,000 sq ft facility
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with monthly inventory audits
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Collaborate with night shift team to meet daily throughput targets
- Document warehouse activities using digital tracking systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly with proper technique
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM, Monday-Friday
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Valid government-issued ID and ability to pass background check
- Reliable transportation to facility near Judiciary Square
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
