Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift team members in inventory management and order fulfillment
- Optimize warehouse workflows for maximum efficiency and safety compliance
- Train and mentor staff on new equipment and SOPs
- Conduct daily cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with day shift operations
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP/JDA preferred)
- Forklift certification and heavy equipment experience
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
