Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift team members, optimizing workflow efficiency and productivity targets
- Implement and enforce OSHA-compliant safety protocols during all operational hours
- Manage inventory control systems, including cycle counts and discrepancy resolution
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless operational handovers
- Train and mentor new hires on warehouse equipment and procedures
- Generate nightly performance reports for senior leadership review
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries regarding night shift operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience with night shift exposure
- Forklift certification and hazardous materials handling credentials
- Proficient in WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving skills during high-pressure scenarios
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Florida driver's license and clean MVR
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
