- Enforce OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless shift transitions
- Analyze KPIs to improve operational efficiency
- Train and develop staff through performance coaching
- Resolve escalated customer/vendor inquiries
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Night shift management background preferred
- Forklift certification required
- Advanced proficiency in inventory management software
- Strong conflict resolution and leadership skills
- Ability to work autonomously in low-supervision environments
- Flexible availability for overnight/weekend shifts
