Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 night shift staff, assigning tasks and maintaining workflow efficiency
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Coordinate with day shift teams for operational continuity
- Train new hires and implement process improvements
- Generate daily performance reports and key metrics
- Manage equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in night shift operations
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Forklift certification and equipment operation skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
