Responsibilities
- Oversee night shift warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Train and supervise 10-15 team members to ensure productivity targets
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance
- Manage inventory systems using WMS software (SAP experience preferred)
- Resolve operational issues and coordinate with day shift management
- Generate daily performance reports for senior leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in night shift environments
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training
- Proficient in inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong leadership skills with conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
